Revitalization
Community revitalization projects are a cornerstone of The Enterprise Center Community Development Corporation (TEC-CDC)'s longstanding programmatic and built environment work in our West Philadelphia neighborhood. Since TEC-CDC's inception in 2003, we have provided business assistance to community businesses, with a special focus on the 52nd St. corridor, as well as capital projects such as Max Paul Park & Walnut Hill Community Farm, the Walnut Hill Community Playground, the Center for Culinary Enterprises, and the Resource Hub at 277 S. 52nd St., and we will continue to make additional programmatic and built environment investments in our focus areas of 48th and Spruce St., 52nd St., and 46th & Market St..
The Enterprise Center manages the Walnut Hill Community Farm and the Max Paul Park at 4610 Market Street, next to the 46th Street El station. The space is open for the public to sit on the benches, eat a meal at our picnic tables, or just walk through and enjoy the park and farm.
Walnut Hill Community Playground, located in Philadelphia, PA, is a Park that offers outdoor recreation and nature preservation.
