McAlisterville Water Storage Tank and Well Development Phase 2 ADDENDUM #1

This Addendum forms a part of the Request for Quotes (RFQ) and modifies the original RFQ, sent out on September 17, 2024, as noted below. All proposers must sign and return the attached Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addendum. Acknowledgement of Receipt is required to ensure consideration of the proposal. Failure to do so may subject the proposer to disqualification.

This Addendum consists of the following items:
1. Scope of work revisions made to the Project Description located on page 3 of RFQ as listed below:

Site Civil Engineering portion revised to: Design, Development and construction of the pilot well and associated pitless adapter into a permitted and final production well, and conditional NPDES permitting for construction of stormwater management required for chlorination contact pipe. Design, development, and construction oversight of the chlorine feed system that ensures adequate contact time and mixing along with a building required for housing the pump controls, disinfectant online analyzer, production metering and flow control via a SCADA communications unit for the source.

Instrumentation and Control Engineering: Oversight of vendor integration of SCADA system control unit for the new source into the existing water supply and filtration plant.
