Project Overview
The project includes:

Removal of the existing stucco finish on the building exterior.

Installation of a new metal panel system.
Bonding Requirements

Bid Security: A cashier’s check or bidder’s bond (10% of total bid amount) payable to The Asbury Foundation must accompany each bid.

Performance & Payment Bonds: Each for 100% of the contract price.
-
Maintenance Bond: Covers defects in material and workmanship for one calendar year post-approval.

General Provisions

The Foundation may interpret unclear proposals in the most advantageous manner or reject them.

The Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.

Bids are binding for 90 days from the opening date.

This project is federally funded and adheres to the following:
