Bellwether District Project Pebble Pre-bid
Project Description: Project Pebble is the first building of a planned, multibuilding and phased development in South Philadelphia. Pebble is a new 325,000 SF speculative warehouse and is a design build with Clayco’s partner, LJC. This new single-story industrial facility will be constructed with precast concrete panels and steel framing with approximately 100 new dock spaces and enhanced façade.
This is a Union Project, but all are welcome to attend.
This Project will have MBE/WBE participation and onsite Workforce Requirements.
MBE: 50%
WBE: 5-8%
