Ready to start or expand a business in the economic center of Philadelphia?

Center City Opportunity Fund (CCOF) is a joint effort between Center City Residents Association and TEC Capital. CCOF offers capital to economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs who want to start or grow businesses in Center City West, while enhancing the vitality and diversity of that neighborhood.

We offer:
  • Low interest loans with flexible terms to fund working capital, equipment, build-out and other expenses
  • Assistance in locating commercial space
  • Ongoing advice and other services
Flexible terms:
  • Loans of up to $25,000
  • Terms of up to 5 years
  • Below market interest rates
  • Will lend alongside other lenders and investors to meet larger capital needs
