SEDA-COG: Rehabilitation Work, Invitation for Bids
Montour County's Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program, in conjunction with SEDA-Council of Governments, is now accepting bids for rehabilitation work on the following properties. Mandatory, pre-bid contractor walkthroughs have been scheduled for the following dates and times:

Bids are due and will be opened publicly at SEDA-COG at 2:00 p.m. on October 13, 2022.
You must have an EPA-certified renovator on staff and be an EPA Certified firm to bid on these projects.
The bidder/offers must show documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises and Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. This requirement will be further discussed at walk-through, and forms will be provided for your use in documenting solicitations and commitments. These completed forms shall be submitted with the bid.
Should you be the successful bidder, we will need a copy of your current liability insurance certificate. This certificate will provide Montour County and SEDA-COG with a ten- (10) day cancellation notice. Both Montour County and SEDA-Council of Governments shall be named as additional insured and both should be mailed to Attn: SEDA-COG Housing Program, 201 Furnace Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
