This contract supports the services of the City’s in-house maintenance staff at the Airport.

The work required under this contract is critical to providing first class customer service to the Airport’s passengers and tenants.

The successful seller shall provide preventive maintenance and repair services.

The contract contains requirements for monthly scheduled maintenance as well as on-demand work.

Since the Airport operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week, the successful respondent is required to provide onsite staffing 24/7.

The successful respondent will be provided a total of 3000 square feet of shop and administrative areas.
