About Chapel Block
Bidding for Chapel Block is about to begin. The project includes a seven-story building and two six-story buildings anchored on one side by a central public plaza. The 700,000-SF complex will offer 611 luxury and mixed-income apartments and include indoor and outdoor amenity space and 26,000 SF of space for restaurants and retail.
Bid Packages
This will be the only pre-bid meeting for the Chapel Block project and will include all bid packages. All M/W/DVBE and prime subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Please pre-register below.
