HR Office Suite Improvements project, Delaware County, PA
Cameron & Associates 8 (Cam8) is pleased to inform you of an opportunity for companies to submit a bid as a subcontractor of Cam8.
The project, “Human Resources Office Suite Improvements,” is for the Delaware County Department of Public Works Government Center Building, #201 West Front Street, Media, PA (Contract #: eDPW-052924).
This project involves interior renovations and improvements to approximately 4600 gross square feet of existing office space of the building’s second floor and includes:
1) Removal of existing interior demountable partitions, doors, carpet, and
ceiling tile (existing ceiling grid to remain)
2) Construction of new interior framed partitions, installation of new doors &
frames, installation of new ceiling tiles & intermediate ceiling grid,
application/installation of new wall and floor finishes
3) Replacement of all existing lighting
4) Modifications to existing HVAC distribution
As is typical with these types of bids, the timeline for submission is tight. Therefore, we ask that you contact Brice Edelstein ASAP to request the bid package so you can begin filling it out.
