Draft Mount Holly UEZ Plan

Mount Holly Township in Burlington County has prepared an updated Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) Plan, and one requirement is to consult minority groups for comment. Your organization has been identified as an organization that may be interested in providing some comments or guidance on the Draft Mount Holly UEZ Plan.

In formulating an updated preliminary zone development plan under N.J.S.A. 52:27H-68, the Mount Holly UEZ shall consult with representatives of diverse Statewide or regional business organizations that represent the interests of minority businesses as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:27H-21.18, which organizations shall have no less than 30 days to review a preliminary zone development plan and submit comments to the Mount Holly UEZ.

Please take some time to review the Draft Mount Holly UEZ Plan and provide us with any comments you feel would be useful in finalizing this plan. All comments are due by 4:00 PM Monday, October 21, 2024, and please send your comments to MHUEZPlan@erinj.com.
