South Williamsport Property Rehabilitation
The Borough of South Williamsport, in conjunction with SEDA-Council of Governments, is now accepting bids for rehabilitation work on the following properties, with mandatory, pre-bid walkthrough meetings scheduled for the dates and times shown:

Bids are due and will be opened publicly at SEDA-COG, 201 Furnace Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837, on December 5, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
You must have an EPA-certified renovator on staff to bid on this project.
The bidder/offers must show documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises and Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. This requirement will be further discussed at walkthrough, and forms will be provided for your use in documenting solicitations and commitments. These completed forms shall be submitted with the bid.
We have your contractor's application on file. Should you be the successful bidder, you will need a copy of your current liability insurance certificate. This certificate will provide South Williamsport Borough and SEDA-COG with a ten-(10) day cancellation notice. Both South Williamsport Borough and SEDA-Council of Governments shall be named as an Additional Insured and both should be mailed to Attn: SEDA-COG Housing Program, 201 Furnace Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
