CCE Commercial Kitchen spaces and facilities are available for members - if you are interested in taking advantage of The Enterprise Center’s proven successes and systems, we welcome the opportunity to add value to your burgeoning business.

Attending a Foodie Forum information session is the first step toward becoming a member of the CCE.

If you've already attended a Foodie Forum, apply to become a member of the CCE.

Effective immediately, our new hours of operation will be:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Closed: Saturdays and Sundays

In addition, we are updating our booking policies as follows:

  • Minimum Booking Time: All kitchen and packing station bookings must be for a minimum of two hours.
  • First-Come, First-Served: All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • 24-Hour Advance Booking Required: Last-minute bookings will no longer be allowed
  • Cleanup Time Included in Booking: Please ensure you clean your station, equipment, and the floor during your scheduled time, as there will no longer be buffer periods between bookings.
  • Timely Start and End Times: Bookings must begin and end on time to accommodate the next scheduled user.
  • Trash Disposal: All trash must be emptied into the dumpster before your booking is completed.

Please note that any unauthorized bookings will result in immediate termination of membership

Facility

Located at 310 S 48th Street, the CCE boasts:

  • Four state-of-the-art, shared-use commercial kitchens
  • A walk-in freezer and two walk-in refrigerators
  • The E-Kitchen Multimedia Learning Center, a demonstration kitchen and smart classroom  
  • Three eateries open to the public
    • 48th Street Grille, a sit-down restaurant operated by former CCE client Carl Lewis
    • Honeysuckle Provisions, a family-owned and operated Aftro-centric grocery/cafe committed to the highest quality standards

Food Liability Insurance

The CCE's insurance partner FLIP (Food Liability Insurance Program) provides food vendors, caterers, food trailers, and more with the liability coverage they need to safeguard their business at a price that can’t be beat.
