CCE Facilities & Equipment

The Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises includes four state-of-the-art, shared-use commercial kitchens.  The facility houses two walk-in refrigeration boxes, a walk-in freezer box, a dry storage room, ice machine, locked cages for storing product, small wares, a shower, and lockers.

The Bruce Schimmel Lounge is a casual space where you can conduct informal meetings, grab a bite to eat or jump on the internet. See below for more details.
